Vendor Agreement

By signing up as a Vendor with GoIndia Media, you officially agree to the following essential terms and responsibilities:

• Product Listing & Compliance: Provide **accurate product listings** and comply with all legal requirements in the region of operation.
• Quality & Delivery: Ensure product quality, authenticity, safety, and **timely delivery** to the customer.
• Customer Support: Handle all returns, refunds, replacements, and direct customer support queries related to your products.
• Indemnification: Indemnify the Platform from any product-related, legal, or compliance claims arising from your goods or services.
• Commission Structure: Pay a **20% commission** on every successful sale (excluding taxes/shipping).
• Data Privacy: Use customer data *only* for fulfilling orders, strictly as per the **DPDP Act 2023** and other applicable privacy laws.
• Legal Compliance: Follow all applicable e-commerce, tax, and consumer laws relevant to your business operations.
